Hands-on Systems Administrator / Systems Analyst Location

Ocala, FL Position Overview

We are seeking a

hands-on Systems Administrator / Systems Analyst

to support an expanding organization transitioning its infrastructure and business systems to the cloud. This role requires a strong background in

ERP systems administration (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)

and experience supporting

Windows Server

and

Azure environments . You will play a key role in maintaining daily IT operations, ensuring system reliability, and contributing to modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business systems understanding—comfortable managing ERP workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams to enhance process efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Provide

ERP administration and functional support

for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related systems, including user access management, licensing, role-based security, and workflow troubleshooting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze system requirements and implement process improvements within the ERP platform. Support and assist with

migration of domain and file servers to Microsoft Azure , ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance. Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot issues across

Windows Server ,

Azure Active Directory , and network environments. Develop and maintain system documentation, data mappings, and configuration records to support compliance and continuity. Partner with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to support ongoing

cloud and ERP transformation initiatives . Provide general infrastructure support, including backup verification, patch management, and performance monitoring. Serve as an escalation point for end-user support and work closely with internal staff to resolve application or system issues. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in

Systems Administration, Systems Analysis, or ERP Support

roles. Proven experience supporting or administering

ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar) . Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Azure ,

Azure Active Directory , and hybrid cloud environments. Experience with

domain and file server management

and

migrations to Azure . Working knowledge of

Windows Server environments ,

network fundamentals , and system security best practices. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact and vice versa. Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

or Dynamics customization. Familiarity with

SQL Server ,

SharePoint , or

Microsoft 365 integrations . Previous experience supporting or optimizing manufacturing or distribution ERP environments. About the Opportunity
