Write Well-Designed Code: Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards Build REST Endpoints: Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core Database Management: Construct and optimize Linq and SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance Agile Collaboration: Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers Mentor & Guide: Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a hands-on coding expert in software development, delivering solutions that meet business needs Meet Sprint Commitments: Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 7+ years of experience in developing web applications Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and Bootstrap is a plus Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases Familiarity with at least one popular web framework for application development Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF) Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly What’s in it for you

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
