Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue. Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process. Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless. Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe that customers and coworkers love. Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay connected to the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales. Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities to reflect Claire’s fun and joy. Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning Claire’s haul into a potential viral moment. About You
Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers. Social & Digital Savvy: You know what’s trending and how to translate that into an amazing customer experience. Customer-First Mentality: You get people and love making them feel confident and empowered. Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility. You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently. You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience. You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs). You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. You are passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day. You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit. You are inspired by teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression. You have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and management. You possess a solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. You are a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You are self-motivated and organized; some stores may require you to work alone at times. Compensation Range: $9.50 - $11.00 Claire’s is committed to adhering to all applicable policies and laws. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location. Final compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
