Overview
This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after they are cleaned by the Housekeeper. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of housekeeping experience and be able to inspect quality and cleanliness to Hyatt standards. The role demands energy, attention to detail, and meticulous adherence to Hyatt cleanliness standards, with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. The position works closely with the Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk and serves as the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for releasing rooms to the front desk for arrival and preparation of resort guests, owners, and VIPs.
Responsibilities
Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet Hyatt standards of quality and cleanliness. Communicate effectively with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk. Serve as the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for releasing rooms to the Front Desk for guest arrival and preparation for guests, owners, and VIPs.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of previous Housekeeping experience. Energetic, detailed, and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards. Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
