Restaurant Front of House / Service Manager O'Charley’s Restaurant + Bar is known for offering good food, good times and opportunities. Responsibilities
Manage restaurant front of house / service teams and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drive and build sales and profitability while maintaining high service standards. Ensure that every guest receives consistent, high-quality service and dining experience. Provide direction, training and coaching in line with O’Charley’s standards, policies and procedures. Uphold the company’s Vision and Mission and demonstrate core values in daily operations.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team. General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions. Ability to lead, train and develop a diverse team while upholding standards and policies.
