Primary Function Develops, implements, and directs the university intercollegiate women's soccer program; coaches the team; recruits and reviews academic records of prospective student-athletes; schedules competition and arranges team travel; prepares and administers sport activity budget; counsels student-athletes on academic, individual, and team goals; and participates in public relations and fundraising activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least three years of experience coaching soccer at the club, collegiate, and/or professional level
Demonstrated ability to recruit athletes
Proven administrative and organizational skills
Ability to abide by NCAA rules, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa
