Partner with the Culinary Director to manage food cost controls, optimize kitchen operations, and ensure financial efficiency. Collaborate on crafting and performing outstanding, seasonal menus that reflect creativity and guest preferences. Roll out new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and culinary innovation teams. Supervise, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Develop and refine daily offerings, including preparation techniques and garnishing, to delight every guest. Preferred Qualifications

A.O.S. or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate with proven experience Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending on formal training High volume, complex food service operations experience is highly desirable Institutional and batch cooking experience is helpful Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and the Internet Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction programs/activities ServSafe certification is highly desirable Benefits
