Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers at all times. Lead a crew of EVS team members, mentoring and coaching as needed. Inspect all work and provide feedback. Clean restrooms multiple times each day, including floors and fixtures. Clean all gaming devices, tables and chairs associated with the Casino floor. As needed and as directed, clean ash trays and remove trash from the gaming area. Daily clean slot bases to remove soils and evidence of use. Clean all associated support areas including back of house offices and restrooms as needed / directed. Complete daily projects as directed and as needed, including areas of hotel, kitchen, and other areas associated with GFCR. Provide restorative services when emergencies arise and may need to work alternate hours. Clean dining venues when not in operation including floors, table bases, chairs, wall and ceiling finishes. Be a cohesive part of a service-oriented team with a positive attitude that is quality-minded and customer focused. Be directed by multiple individuals, not always including the direct supervisor, and be capable of self-directing and doing what is needed when it is needed.
