An international industrial manufacturing company is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Coordinator to oversee a number of sites across the Moorhead, MN and Fargo, ND areas. As a member of the EHS leadership team, the successful candidate will be tasked with fostering a health and safety culture, requiring the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels of the business. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus Compensation:
$70,000 - $115,000/year + 12% Annual Bonus + Company Vehicle The Role
Help develop and implement safety management systems and strategies. Provide support and guidance to site leadership on Safety practices and protocols. Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation, as well as site safety trainings. Develop relationships with all employees while working hands-on to implement safety programs. Work in conjunction with the company’s partners and adhere to their safety needs Ability to travel frequently around the Moorhead, MN / Fargo, ND area The Candidate
3+ years of Safety experience in industrial manufacturing, cement & aggregates, or civil construction Experience with MSHA regulations, or an aptitude & desire to learn. A.S. or B.S. degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related, or 3 additional years of supplemental experience. Familiarity with standard Safety programs & policies, such as Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Heights, Machine Guarding, and PPE. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others. Seniority level
