A growing litigation-focused law practice is seeking a full-time
Associate Attorney
to join its Birmingham, Alabama office. The position currently follows a hybrid schedule, and under certain circumstances, remote work from another city may be considered.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters while also gaining hands-on experience managing smaller cases. Associates will strengthen their research, writing, and analytical skills while building confidence through direct client interaction, negotiation, discovery, and courtroom advocacy.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience as a federal judicial law clerk, clerk for a state’s highest court, or comparable legal experience (e.g., U.S. Department of Justice, deputy state attorney general, etc.)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Admission to the Alabama State Bar, or eligibility for admission
Demonstrated academic performance consistent with top-tier law firms
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, boutique litigation team environment
