Manage the deployment and configuration of Windows operating systems, applications, and software updates to client devices. Troubleshoot client-related issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. Deploy applications using MECM. Manage application dependencies and conflicts. Manage the deployment of software updates, including Windows updates, third-party updates, and security patches. Troubleshoot and resolve MECM-related issues, including client device problems and application deployment issues. Provide technical support to other IT teams and end-users. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of MECM infrastructure, including configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with other IT teams and stakeholders. Qualifications
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI if hired. Bachelors degree and a minimum 2 years of experience in Systems Administration OR Masters degree and less than 2 years experience OR High School diploma with a minimum 8 years experience. Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Intune is highly desired. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. DoD 8140/8570 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II (Security+ CE, or equivalent). Highly Desired Certifications
