Lead sales development efforts for the data center segment in North America, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities Act as the go to expert and main point of contact for data center customers guiding them from first engagement through to implementation Collaborate across Danfoss segments to deliver integrated solutions that solve customer needs and support long term relationships Use your technical and commercial expertise to clearly communicate the value of Danfoss HVAC/R solutions in data center applications Champion an exceptional customer experience by orchestrating touchpoints across the organization and ensuring consistency at every step What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or relevant equivalent experience Experience in the US data center market with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and sales, existing industry network in the data center space is a strong advantage Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of customer organizations from technical stakeholders to senior decision makers Hands on experience with CRM and sales management tools plus strong business planning and forecasting skills Self motivated and goal driven with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Comfortable in a matrixed cross cultural team environment with both domestic and international collaboration Willing and able to travel up to 70% primarily within the US with some international travel as needed What You\'ll Get from Us
