Role Summary The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports all aspects of Darkroom’s digital campaigns—from social strategy, to content creation & organization, to influencer partnerships and administrative tasks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, creative intuition, and data fluency, with the goal of helping to amplify artists’ voices across platforms and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.

Support influencer and creator outreach, contracting creators, and performance reporting.

Maintain digital tracking documents, such as budget grids, creator lists, social growth tracking, and campaign dashboards.

Monitor analytics, compile weekly insights, and optimize campaign performance.

Manage campaign assets (create release links, metadata, creative deliverables, schedules).

Research trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior to inform strategy.

Help to schedule meetings for members of digital team, as well as note action items the team is responsible for and tracking those to completion.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social, or music industry.

Strong understanding of social media (TikTok, Instagram, YT Shorts, Snap, Twitch, Discord), influencer ecosystems, and streaming platforms.

Photo & video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere & Photoshop preferred)

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Passion for pop music, culture, and digital innovation

Knowledge of current trends & artists

Familiarity with posting on all platforms, paid media, and CRM tools.
