Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr Location : Vicksburg, MS Shift : Need to be flexibility - either 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
OR
2pm-10pm Wednesday - Sunday Pay : $18-$22hrly Day-to-day: IT technicians offer support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software. Support can be provided in person, over the phone or online. They address issues ranging from network systems to individual desktop computers. Include, but are not limited to: Provide stellar customer service to all team members, vendors, and guests of Riverwalk Casino Hotel. Provides 24/7 on-call support for complex and critical computer application problems and issues. Offers support to the I.T. staff for duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Review and Adhere to all Information Technology policies, internal controls and standard operating procedures set forth by Churchill Downs Inc. and Riverwalk Casino Hotel. Desired Skills and Experiences : Stellar verbal communication skills suitable for a professional and fast paced environment. Type at a minimum of 50 WPM Familiar with Microsoft Windows Installation & Use Familiar with Microsoft Office Installation & Use Basic Understanding of: Seniority level
