Responsibilities
Provide editorial support to CI analysts, ensuring analytic products meet Intelligence Community Directives, Army regulations (AR 381-11, AR 381-12, AR 381-20, AR 525-13), DoD instructions (DoDI 5240.18, DoDI 5240.19), and ACIC publication standards. Edit, design, and manage content for multimedia intelligence publications, including external-facing ACIC products. Review intelligence products for grammar, punctuation, syntax, clarity, logic, consistency, and adherence to style guides and specialized vocabulary. Ensure proper classification markings and security caveats in accordance with IC, DoD, and Army guidance. Collaborate with authors to refine narrative organization, revise content, and ensure publications are audience-appropriate and logically structured. Modify and maintain templates for established product lines (e.g., ASR and sub-lines, MDCITA, Army Annual Threat Assessment, ACIC Annual Threat Assessment, FPN, CIN, CI Cyber Notes, Visual Information Products). Edit and formalize final products ranging from 2-100+ pages, ensuring accuracy, readability, and compliance with ACIC standards. Amend tables, text boxes, and graphics to align with accompanying analysis and product requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to analysts on the publishing process, timelines, and sequencing steps for finished products. Coordinate with analysts, editors, web developers, and government stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate dissemination of intelligence publications. Represent ACIC in meetings with DA, NGIC, and national-level intelligence agencies to address publication standards, dissemination issues, and DoDIIS-related requirements. Support production of more than 500 formal analytic products annually, maintaining high editorial and publication quality standards. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience using the following tools and technologies: Desktop Publishing, basic graphics, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, HTML, XML, Microsoft Office Suite. Degree and experience combinations acceptable: HS Diploma + 20 years, Associates + 16 years, Bachelors + 14 years, Masters + 12 years. Security Clearance
TS/SCI with CI poly eligibility. Highly desired: Active CI polygraph. Equal Opportunity
