Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center Overview Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents, ages 11-17 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family and social challenges. The program helps establish healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home. Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule for the nursing department, including Registered Nurses, Shift Supervisors, Lead Mental Health Technicians and Mental Health Technicians. Track attendance, PTO, overtime and missed punches; organize and maintain records and logs related to work schedules. Communicate effectively with members of all hospital departments. Perform administrative duties to support the Manager of Residential Services and Director of Nursing. Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year Staffing Coordinator experience with scheduling staff work schedules preferred. Prior experience with UKG scheduler preferred. Previous experience in hospital/behavioral health/mental health/human services preferred. Strong organizational skills; ability to communicate clearly, work pro-actively and collaborate within a team. May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. Background: Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening to work in Healthcare (AHCA) and Pre-employment Drug Test. Benefits
