Overview
A well-established and growing hospitality group is seeking an experienced culinary professional to support operations at one of its flagship, high-volume, and fine dining destinations in upstate New York. The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in high-volume ($25M+) and fine dining. You will run efficient kitchens by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with the Executive Chef in the overall food and beverage operations of multiple outlets. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen operations across high-volume and fine dining venues Collaborate with the Executive Chef to improve menus and maintain quality standards Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and cost control within budget constraints Qualifications
Associate's degree in Culinary Arts Experience managing high-volume multiple units with $25M+ annual revenues Experience leading and supervising junior chefs Experience working within budget constraints Compensation & Benefits
$130,000 - $160,000 per year (commensurate with experience) plus annual performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, PTO, dining discounts, relocation assistance, and more.
