Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and assist teammates as needed. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people and have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. At least 18 years of age. About Us
