The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for our client. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can generate ideas and drive them from concept to completion across all marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will oversee content creation, website updates, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns, while effectively communicating the value of the company’s industrial and custom contract manufacturing solutions through storytelling and case studies. This individual will manage third-party vendors, measure marketing effectiveness through sales and ROI, and collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The position requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution and is primarily on-site with some flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies and annual plans that align with the company's business objectives and revenue goals.

Identify and target key markets, including automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing, tailoring marketing initiatives to the needs of each segment.

Create high-quality marketing content, including website pages, blogs, technical sheets, case studies, white papers, videos, presentations, and brochures.

Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads, leveraging digital marketing, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.

Manage the CRM system to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, and provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams.

Build and grow the company’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and highlight key projects.

Oversee pay-per-click advertising campaigns and optimize the website for SEO to drive traffic, improve online visibility, and support lead generation.

Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and webinars, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and lead capture.

Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to high-impact initiatives and reporting on campaign performance and ROI to senior management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3–5+ years of marketing experience.

Experience marketing for a service-oriented B2B company with longer sales cycles is highly preferred, particularly in industries like custom contract manufacturing, where products and solutions are tailored to client needs rather than sold through consumer or catalog channels.

Experience in a small to mid-sized business is preferred, where the ability to be hands-on and wear multiple hats is essential.

Experience with diverse marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth by improving lead quality, pipeline conversion, and overall sales performance.

2+ years of experience with WordPress.

2+ years of experience with Canva.

Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Knowledge of printed circuit board and cable assembly industries is a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Strong analytical abilities to leverage data for informed decision-making.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
