Order Processing Coordinator
to support daily operations by managing incoming customer orders, coordinating shipments, and providing general administrative assistance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities
Process incoming customer orders and generate purchase orders in
QuickBooks . Plan and schedule outbound shipments while working closely with carriers, warehouse partners, and internal departments. Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide order updates, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and help streamline order management workflows. Support billing, invoicing, and other related administrative or accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications
Hands-on experience using
QuickBooks . Proficient in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Prior experience in order entry, logistics coordination, or customer service. Understanding of freight or carrier coordination processes. Excellent multitasking and email management skills in a high-volume setting. Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork. About the Role
