Direct and coordinate the Bariatric Program in alignment with facility policies, philosophy, objectives and standards. Provide leadership and management for the bariatric service to ensure optimal care for patients seeking/receiving bariatric surgery while meeting regulatory requirements from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric (ASMBS). Oversee daily operations of the bariatric program and achieve standards related to quality care, patient satisfaction, and fiscally responsible care delivery. Ensure continuity in quality improvement initiatives. Support both clinical and financial goals and help maintain accreditation standards. Position the program for sustainable long-term growth. Qualifications
Certification as a Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN). Prior experience working in a bariatric program. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Nursing. 3 years in an acute setting required. BLS required. Registered Nursing license in state of employment required. Schedule & Additional Requirements
Schedule: Full-time (Days) 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends for community engagement and educational events. Pay Range
$34.14 - $54.46 / hour Benefits
