Previous experience in sales (insurance, finance, real estate, or related fields) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow professionally Comfortable using digital tools to manage prospects and sales activity Willing to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided) Flexible availability and ability to work independently Qualifications
