Outside Sales Manager – Residential Services
at BPC Home Service LLC is a contract, commission-based role focused on leading and growing a door-to-door sales and lead generation team. Responsibilities
Lead, recruit, and train a team of door-to-door canvassers to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans to target high-potential neighborhoods. Track and analyze performance metrics using the provided CRM and lead-tracking systems. Conduct daily team meetings to set goals, share results, and reinforce motivation. Ensure proper use of marketing materials, uniforms, and sales tools in the field. Work alongside the team in the field to model best practices and close deals. Report weekly progress, conversion rates, and performance updates to management. Maintain a professional and energetic presence while representing the BPC brand. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing management, or related field. Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing canvassing teams. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on accountability and results. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and mobile tracking tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational abilities. Coachable, proactive, and solution-oriented – no excuses, just execution. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation required. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099 or LLC). Benefits
Commission structure with earnings potential between $90,000 - $150,000+ per year. Weekly pay cycle. Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding sales goals.
