They excel in planning and managing all aspects of a project, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across all teams both internal and external. This individual is proactive in anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure seamless project deliveries that delight customers and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities include Plan, monitor, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding managed customer expectations. Manage relationships to grow select accounts, serving as the primary interface from RFQ through delivery. Drive programs for select accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets. 5+ years of relevant sales experience; related industry and B2B experience Experience in electronics contract manufacturing Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills. Attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and delighting customers. ERP system experience Valid driver’s license Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to travel up to 25% Preferred Requirement 4 year college degree in business, marketing, or engineering Custom contract manufacturing experience Experience managing new product introductions, new process development, and volume production Project management and Gantt chart experience This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require H.B. Fuller sponsorship of a work visa to work for H.B. Fuller. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is a base of $85,000 - $100,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan. In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
