Overview As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you’re at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service.
How Our Recovery Colleagues Spend Their Day Our colleagues start each day energized and prepared — wearing their name badge, greeting coworkers, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. They review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell. They focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and engaging in friendly conversations to create a memorable shopping experience. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, helping customers with what they need, and thanking them by name. They support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities. Excellence is a journey; we strive to improve every day, take pride in our work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver store results.
Hours and Eligibility Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
You can handle electronic devices with no problem
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process transactions
