The Data & Feeds Sales Specialist, within the high performing Data & Feeds group, will focus on commercializing the next generation of software and data solutions for Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, Corporates, and other financial institutions for front, middle, and back office operations.
You will execute our strategy for long term sustainable growth of LSEG\'s footprint in this area, understanding market and competitive dynamics, and drive Sales execution. The role requires strong direction-setting and influencing skills to work with local Account Management teams to deliver results.

As Proposition Sales Specialist
Providing in-depth customer and market insights, to identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process
Partnering with technical sales engineering experts to execute through strong collaborative relationships across matrixed functions, including Account Management, Product, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and external partners
Monitoring competitors and developing strategies to achieve competitive advantage
Driving thought-leadership as the internal and external spokesperson for your proposition
Having a strong eye for business and commercial strategy
Influencing individuals as well as groups in meetings
Working to tight deadlines in a high-performance environment
Proactively identifying pipeline opportunities
Delivering customer demonstrations on their specific propositions
What Are We Looking For
7+ years of experience in selling Realtime Direct, low latency data-feeds and experience of selling timeseries data for quant and strategy development workflows
Outstanding solutions selling skills with a proven track record in a quota-bearing environment
Highly driven and self-motivated; knowledge and direct experience in selling solutions to the Financial Services community
Creative problem solver and good sales ideation skills
Presentation skills (verbal & written)
Strong listening skills and interpersonal skills
Expert understanding of the Financial Services and Competitor Landscape
Strong technical knowledge specifically within the financial markets trade and execution domain
Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary for this position is $111,300 - $185,500 per year. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Benefits include: health care, retirement planning, paid time off, and other benefits described in our plan.
