As the Executive Chef, you will drive culinary excellence through menu innovation, team development, and operational efficiency — ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Lead and oversee all back-of-house culinary operations, including menu planning, recipe execution, food safety, and sanitation. Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff, fostering a positive and engaging team culture. Champion sustainability initiatives and support local sourcing and purchasing programs. Ensure compliance with Sodexo’s culinary standards and client expectations. Maintain strong on-the-floor leadership presence during service to ensure quality and consistency. Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost control to achieve financial goals. Partner with front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive and memorable guest experience. What We Offer
