What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Track and manage Renewals opportunities to ensure timely delivery to customers 70-90 days before expiration

Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders

Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries

Assist Account Executives in identifying ways to increase profitability of renewals

Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred

Minimum of 2 years in a customer service/sales support role; renewals experience is a plus

Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required; experience with Salesforce.com preferred

Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and internet navigation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Background in the IT industry is preferred but not required

Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred

Self‑motivated with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities

Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow‑through

Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude
