Partner closely with Renewal Sales Leadership to optimize sales processes for retention and expansion Work cross-functionally to enhance outcomes through process redesign and analytics-driven improvements Assess and prioritize requests based on business impact and develop a roadmap aligned to revenue goals Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to improve Renewals automation and manage end-user communications Develop operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights for improvement Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations and Renewals Strategy roles in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment Proven ability to drive improvements in Renewals workflows through project management Expertise in Salesforce.com and related sales tech tools Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex projects from strategy to execution Excellent communication skills and ability to translate policy/process into actionable resources Preferred Qualifications
