Analyze compensation performance, attainment trends, and cost of sales to provide actionable insights to sales leadership Support the administration of variable compensation structures and incentive programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend compensation mechanics that drive productivity Track and report on SPIFFs and incentive program performance, providing recommendations for optimization Assist in audits of compensation attainment and process compliance to ensure accuracy What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related field Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve issues and offer innovative solutions Experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners to support compensation processes Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
