Summary / Position Purpose TestEquity LLC is seeking an experienced, high-energy Account Executive who will provide the highest level of service to our customers while facilitating, and winning sales. It is critical that AE candidates understand the technical capabilities of products and their uses. Interested candidates must possess knowledge of the Electronic Production industries customers' needs in both R&D and product environments and be capable of navigating to TestEquity solutions and resources on behalf of those customers.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing relationships with customers and working closely with the outside sales team to provide customers with a timely response to all inquiries, including pricing, quotes, questions, recommendations, and potential order issues.

Determine the best solution for our customers and develop quotes to provide solutions.

Partner closely with all internal departments through the quoting and ordering processes, including Product, Pricing, Compliance, Outside Sales, National, and Regional Leadership.

Partner with manufacturer's sales representatives for product questions, lead times, recommendations, etc.

Work with Product Management to understand products and solve customer's needs.

Responsible for offering pricing according to TestEquity's established pricing strategy and approval guidelines.

Update and convert quotes to orders.

Overall account ownership and management to own the relationship with the customer.

Accurate entry of information and utilization of ERP system.

Responsible for partnering with Outside Sales for strategic account planning, including exchange of information on all new quotes or new customers to form strategies for account penetration and to increase profitability.

Responsible for staying current on industry knowledge, competitive landscape, and other factors impacting the industry.

Responsible for distributing TestEquity documentation and specific marketing emails.

Indirectly responsible for product quality.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

BS EE Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years).

Basic electronics theory, DC and AC circuits a plus.

Digital electronics basics, technology and manufacturing basics including industry standards, practices, and common components.

Knowledge of the Electronics industry including test processes, and production processes.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide successful solutions.

Directly and indirectly responsible for product quality.

Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
