Retail team members are responsible for generating sales and providing customer service. Operate the cash register and perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager. Contribute to a warm in-store experience for customers and ensure product quality and care are at the heart of the customer journey. Qualifications & Personal Attributes
Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with customers, reaching out to the community, and have a love for chocolate. Consumer- and product-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering excellent results for consumers. Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
