Responsibilities
On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. In a fast-paced environment, stay flexible and open to change to meet evolving tech needs and customer demands. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, tools, training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed your goals. Compensation
Base pay range: $16.91/hr - $21.03/hr. Potential earnings include $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met, with uncapped commissions that can lead to higher annual earnings. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Benefits
