As a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague (Beauty Advisor Flex), you are the trusted expert our customers turn to for all things beauty. You’ll educate customers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide tailored consultations that may include makeup application and skincare recommendations. Build lasting client relationships through proactive follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service with the goal of exceeding expectations and achieving sales goals. Grow and manage a loyal client base by staying current on trends and introducing customers to new items and innovations that match their needs and style. Create a welcoming shopping experience: greet customers, offer a warm welcome, maintain an organized and shoppable space, and communicate loyalty program benefits. Support merchandising and operations: recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves and price changes. Drive sales and client loyalty by leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing vendor training. Meet and strive to surpass daily sales goals while delivering exceptional service. Qualifications
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular and dependable attendance. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English. At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience is required. Ability to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Comfort with using point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience. Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, and educating customers on product benefits and use. Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment; frequent use of computers and technology, including handheld devices and cash register operations. What We Can Offer You
