Sr. Corporate Accounts Manager About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Account Manager/Inside Sales Professional

to join our team, supporting premium packaging programs for leading food service clients. This role requires outstanding communication skills, a proactive mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, managing all aspects of the client account. This includes facilitating new packaging opportunities, maintaining inventory health, coordinating food service distribution setups, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and execute with precision. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support, timely updates, and strategic guidance throughout the contract period of account. Inventory & Logistics Oversight:

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment schedules, and manage distribution logistics to ensure consistent, on-time deliveries. Food Service Distribution Management:

Lead the setup, coordination, and ongoing relationship management with national and regional food service distributors to ensure seamless fulfillment and program success. Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance:

Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues with urgency and professionalism, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Communication:

Collaborate closely with Outside Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to align on customer priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Product & Process Expertise:

Develop deep knowledge of packaging materials, printing capabilities, and operational workflows to support client needs and internal decision-making. On-Site Engagements:

Conduct site visits to client locations to ensure program success, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation or improvement. Forecasting & Demand Planning:

Partner with clients and internal teams to anticipate future needs, align inventory strategies, and avoid stockouts or overages. Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance internal systems and workflows to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all projects. Data & Reporting:

Track key account metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and account growth. Required Experience & Skills

Client-Facing Experience:

4+ years in a customer service, account management, or project coordination role—preferably within packaging, foodservice, distribution, or manufacturing industries. Communication & Relationship Management:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach to internal and external relationships. Project & Operations Management:

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and follow-through; experience coordinating cross-functional teams and logistics. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong critical thinking with the ability to identify issues proactively and implement practical, client-focused solutions. Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable working in Mac Based Programs/Microsoft Suite/Odoo; experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred. Distribution & Inventory Insight:

Familiarity with inventory management, demand forecasting, and food service distribution channels is a strong plus. Self-Motivated & Career-Oriented:

Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to grow into a sales or account leadership role over time. Education / Certifications

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain. Career Path
