Baptist Health is seeking full-time family or internal medicine physicians to provide primary care at hospital‑employed clinics with comprehensive on‑site services. Physicians will collaborate with midlevel providers and medical assistants, share outpatient office call rotations, and benefit from competitive compensation including salary, bonuses, and benefits.
The role requires an MD or DO degree, board eligibility or certification, and a valid Alabama medical and DEA license. Candidates may be newly trained or experienced. The position offers a guaranteed base salary, annual wRVU productivity bonus, full‑time benefits, malpractice coverage including tail coverage, a retirement plan with employer match, a commencement bonus, relocation allowance, and student loan repayment.
Clinics have on‑site radiology and laboratory services, providing easy access for patients. Outpatient office call is rotated approximately one week per quarter among clinic physicians.
