Role Overview
Creo, Omnicom’s Influencer Solution Agency, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Client Business Lead to drive business impact for a marquee client through best-in-class influencer and affiliate strategies. As the central voice overseeing a major agency-of-record account, this leader will translate brand ambitions into insight-driven, culturally relevant campaigns that resonate in today’s ever-evolving social landscape. Sitting at the crossroads of business leadership, cultural currency, and creator-driven impact, you will own Creo’s leadership within the broader IAT structure, ensuring creative excellence from concept to execution across influencer and affiliate channels. You will unify clients and teams under a cohesive vision, establishing clear goal-setting tiers and fostering alignment toward shared objectives. Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Oversee and mentor a large team of influencer experts, guiding workflow, inspiring collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development at Creo. Act as both a visionary and a coach, setting the pace and charting new frontiers for clients and staff. Champion Influencer & Affiliate Channels: Connect brand goals with target audiences, leveraging data and media tools to uncover insights and activate high-impact influencer campaigns. Drive the integration of influencer and affiliate as strategic, measurable channels within omnichannel marketing. Foster Innovation: Lead the development of innovative, business-centric, data-driven media strategies that align with the client's overarching vision and goals. Business Leadership & Partnership: Serve as a trusted strategic partner, offering consultative guidance to clients and senior leadership. Help clients make pivotal decisions and unleash the full potential of influencer marketing within omnichannel retail and key marketing moments. Drive Client Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities and ensure existing efforts are optimized for maximum impact and alignment with evolving business needs. Integrated Collaboration: Partner with brand and media AORs to advocate for influencer creativity and integration across all campaign touchpoints, ensuring alignment and breakthrough results. Shape Agency Culture: As an early Client Business Lead, play a vital role in growing Creo’s culture, supporting new business initiatives, and helping to train and elevate our people. Requirements
12–15 years of integrated media planning experience across all channels, with a proven track record of leveraging creator marketing for business impact. Minimum 8 years of experience managing and developing teams of various sizes and disciplines. Demonstrated experience managing complex, fast-paced business environments. Experience consulting and guiding senior leadership toward innovative solutions. Deep expertise in influencer marketing, media planning, and understanding of how these drive business outcomes. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $150,000—$250,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
