Base pay range

Role Overview The Workplace Collaboration Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of end-user technologies and collaboration platforms that drive productivity, connection, and innovation across the organization. This highly visible, management-heavy role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership, overseeing teams responsible for end-user computing (EUC), collaboration tools, and digital experience modernization. You’ll lead the evaluation and rollout of major platforms — including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom — while driving adoption, standardization, and operational excellence. As the bridge between IT, business units, and end users, you’ll ensure technology is not just functional but transformational, empowering employees to work securely and seamlessly anywhere, on any device. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital workplace roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy. Partner with IT leadership to modernize device management, mobility, and hybrid work capabilities. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights, dashboards, and recommendations that influence technology investments. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and support specialists. Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans, ensuring team engagement and technical excellence. Oversee administration, governance, and lifecycle management of collaboration platforms. Define and enforce KPI and SLA frameworks, tracking uptime, adoption, and support efficiency. Champion automation and self-service initiatives to streamline provisioning, onboarding, and reporting. Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Applications teams to ensure platforms are compliant, scalable, and integrated. Promote digital literacy and collaboration best practices across corporate and field environments. Leverage data and analytics to measure and continuously improve the employee experience. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts, driving cost optimization and performance accountability. Establish documentation, governance, and configuration baselines for repeatable excellence. Present data-driven performance reports to leadership, demonstrating business value and ROI. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required. 7–10 years of experience in IT operations, end-user computing, or digital workplace management. 3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace ecosystems, including identity and access management, SaaS administration, and device management (Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf). Strong understanding of ITIL or service management frameworks. Proven success driving technology adoption and organizational change in hybrid environments. Demonstrated ability to translate technical strategy into business impact. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
