Recruiter

at Danis, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Recruiting Manager and helping execute our company’s talent acquisition strategy. You’ll manage day-to-day recruiting activities, assist with sourcing and candidate engagement, and help refine processes that strengthen our ability to attract and hire exceptional talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and takes pride in supporting a high-functioning recruiting team that drives growth across our operational management and skilled trades workforce. What You’ll Be Doing

Support the Recruiting Manager in coordinating and executing recruiting strategies that align with business goals across multiple markets. Assist with sourcing efforts, including building targeted talent lists, using social media and professional databases, and applying Boolean/X-ray search techniques. Prepare and post job ads on relevant platforms while ensuring brand consistency and professionalism. Coordinate and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings. Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate pipelines are accurate and up to date, and generating reports to track recruiting activity. Screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit, sharing recommendations with the Recruiting Manager and hiring teams. Participate in outreach initiatives, including high school and college recruiting programs. Support offer processes, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates. Provide recruiting updates and metrics to the Recruiting Manager, Director of HR, and VPs during regular meetings. Assist with special projects and initiatives that enhance the recruiting process and candidate experience. What Makes You a Strong Fit

You demonstrate sound judgment when evaluating both technical qualifications and interpersonal fit. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the commercial construction industry. Proficiency with:

LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Boolean/X-ray search techniques ATS systems and recruitment analytics (iCIMS preferred)

Proven success finding and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets. Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. Work Environment & Physical Demands

Primarily office-based with standard working hours. May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Frequent computer and phone use for extended periods. Occasional standing or walking during events or interviews. Our Commitment
