The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the company’s hiring needs by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly through manager-level roles. This individual is responsible for high-volume recruiting, proactive talent sourcing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Recruiter will execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy, manage the applicant tracking system, and actively engage with the community to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop candidate profiles, and build effective sourcing strategies. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community engagement. Represent the company at recruiting fairs, community events, and networking functions to build brand awareness and attract talent. Partner with external staffing agencies when needed to support hiring demands. Recruitment Operations & Process Management

Manage the recruiting module within the HRIS (Paycom) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all hiring activities. Maintain and update the company’s Career Page to ensure job postings and employer brand materials are current and engaging. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure all hiring documentation and pre-employment verifications are completed in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. Candidate Experience & Onboarding

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and candidate travel (if applicable). Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process. Support the new hire onboarding process, including pre-employment documentation, I-9 verification, and coordination of new hire orientation. Facilitate the Human Resource portion of new hire orientation and partner with Operations staff to cover site-specific content. Required Knowledge and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise across the following areas: Strong sourcing and networking skills; able to attract both active and passive candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems (Paycom experience preferred). Familiarity with employment law, EEO, and recruiting compliance practices. Professional demeanor with a proactive, “can-do” approach to work. Required Skills and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR preferred (internships or agency experience a plus). Experience in recruiting in manufacturing, food production, or similar industries highly desirable. Additional Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in

English and Spanish

(spoken and written). Ability to travel periodically to support multiple site locations. Salary Range

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Seniority level
