is looking for a resourceful and self-driven
HR Generalist
to lead all aspects of human resources across our growing restaurant group. This position serves as the
HR department of one , managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR operations to support our teams and foster a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture. HR Generalist Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | On-Site Paco’s Taquerias

to lead all aspects of human resources across our growing restaurant group. This position serves as the
HR department of one , managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR operations to support our teams and foster a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture. What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Lead full-cycle recruiting, from posting jobs to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Employee Relations:
Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions, performance coaching, and workplace concerns. Compliance & Administration:
Ensure compliance with Indiana and federal labor laws; maintain accurate HR records and update policies. Training & Development:
Identify training needs, coordinate leadership and safety programs, and support employee growth. Performance Management:
Guide annual reviews, coach managers, and promote continuous improvement. Engagement & Retention:
Lead employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities. Payroll & Benefits Support:
Assist with payroll processes and upcoming benefits administration. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent HR experience). 3+ years
of broad HR experience; prior experience as an HR department of one is a plus. Strong knowledge of
Indiana and federal employment laws . Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual in Spanish
