Talent acquisition and onboarding Employee relations and performance management Compensation, benefits, and workforce planning Training, development, and engagement initiatives Compliance with Colorado and federal employment laws HRIS management and data accuracy Workers’ compensation and safety programs You’ll be onsite in Brighton
at least four days per week
and will travel
up to 30%
to facilities in
Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan . What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3+ years of HR management experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of
Colorado employment laws
and federal labor regulations (COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.) Proven experience supporting both union and non-union environments Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently Bilingual in Spanish and English – REQUIRED What’s in It for You
