Decatur, IL Pay:
$17.50-$18.50/hr, paid weekly (depends on shift) Shifts Shift times may vary on operational needs. 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Hiring status:
Hiring immediately Responsibilities
Perform security patrols and monitor a client site in Decatur, IL as assigned by post orders and SOPs. Read and understand post orders and SOPs; respond quickly and effectively to incidents following directives. Maintain alertness, provide customer service, and ensure safety and security of personnel and property. Qualifications
Security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience preferred. Valid PERC Card preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation and means of communication. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Ability to read and understand written instruction and communicate clearly in writing. Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure within the scope of responsibility. Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance. Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver\'s license. Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions. Education and Certifications High School diploma or equivalent; Driver’s License; PERC Card. Benefits
