Base pay range
$28.00/hr - $33.00/hr Responsibilities
The Bookkeeper will process all Advancement and Province deposits Process all A/AP vendor invoices, check requests, and payment requests Process all A/P check payments and EFT/ACH payments Process all credit requests Maintain and update Vendor master data in ERP As a Bookkeeper, you will ensure complete and accurate check requests are processed for Corporate credit cards Update monthly schedule of Social Security deposits received; Maintain department files for A/P vendors, W-9s, employees, student loans and annuitants Perform A/P Batch recoveries and check/tarnation voids as needed Process timely student loan payments and maintain schedule of loans to be paid Maintain employee scheduled of accrued PTO and vacation Respond to internal and external requests, as needed Requirements
3 years of experience required Skill in operating basic office equipment and supplied Must have attention to detail Must be creative, flexible, results oriented self- starter Ability to communicate effectively orally, verbally, and written with other members of the Company and with various business contacts Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
