LHH has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in Edison, NJ. Our client is a Wholesale Distribution company with locations through out the United States. Their Edison, NJ office has an opening for an Accounting Clerk. This range is provided by LHH. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management Handle basic accounts payable and receivable tasks Match Bills of Lading (BOL) with invoices, stamp and process for signature Coordinate and send internal documents via FedEx twice weekly to Rancho Dominguez, CA location Request and review all supply orders Support credit department operations as needed Adapt quickly to interruptions and pivot between tasks efficiently Maintain a proactive and organized workflow in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Profile
A go-getter with a strong sense of initiative Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Reliable work history and stability Experience in administrative support, accounting, or logistics preferred Benefits
