Position:

Microwave & RF Test Technician (Level 5)

Location:

Chelmsford, MA

Team: Product and Test Engineering – Analog Devices Federal LLC

Work arrangements: Full-time, 1st Shift/Days. Security clearance required: Yes.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate RF/microwave test stations and equipment Test, troubleshoot, and tune microwave and RF modules during prototype and low-rate production phases Maintain accurate and organized test data records Assemble breadboards, test fixtures, and wiring harnesses Support manufacturing readiness by training the NPI (New Product Introduction) team

Required Qualifications

High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in microwave electronics, or an associate degree, or military electronics training with 5+ years of experience U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and signal sources Strong hand-eye coordination for microscope work and basic hand soldering skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer-controlled test systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $27 to $34 per hour. Actual wage offered may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus and includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
