$75,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)
Overview This role ensures a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace within a fast-paced steel fabrication and construction environment. You’ll lead EHS initiatives that protect people, the environment, and project performance, driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain EHS programs across plant and field operations
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
Provide training, support, and guidance to employees and supervisors
Track safety performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
3–5+ years of EHS experience in steel fabrication and erection
Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance
Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field
