Overview Learning and Development Manager at Peloton Interactive. Design, operationalize, and deliver learning experiences across the employee lifecycle. Create management skills programming, develop strong people leaders, and align learning initiatives with business goals. Reports to the Director of Learning and Development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development, People Business Partners, and cross-functional leaders to identify learning needs and create solutions aligned with strategic priorities for People Leaders.

Manage key learning programs and initiatives with end-to-end project plans, including communications, logistics, delivery, and measurement.

Design, develop, and deliver engaging programs for foundational leadership skills (e.g., feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, trust building, inclusive leadership).

Facilitate dynamic learning sessions in virtual and in-person formats.

Automate, optimize, and iterate learning processes from program marketing and registration to resource management and follow-up communications.

Measure and track effectiveness of programs, analyzing engagement, knowledge retention, and behavioral change to drive performance impact.

Regularly audit and maintain the library of learning resources to ensure they are current and accessible.

Gather insights from feedback and data to inform recommendations for content, processes, and delivery.

Consult with business partners to design team-specific learning solutions and development plans.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in L&D to continually elevate offerings.

Qualifications

4+ years of corporate learning and development experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.

Proven experience designing and implementing learning programs across the employee lifecycle, with emphasis on professional and leadership development.

Facilitation expertise in virtual and in-person settings for all levels of management and individual contributors.

Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple initiatives on tight timelines.

Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Marketing mindset for programs, including crafting compelling emails, newsletters, communications, and presentations.

Experience with LMS platforms and using design tools (e.g., Articulate, Google Slides) to build engaging learning experiences.

Team-oriented with willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Salary and Benefits The base salary range represents the low and high end for this position at Peloton’s New York City headquarters. The actual base salary depends on factors including experience and business objectives. Peloton offers a competitive total rewards package including equity, employee stock purchase plan, and comprehensive benefits described below.

Base Salary Range: $123,600 USD - $151,850 USD
