Insomnia Cookies is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Boston Back Bay store located at 222 Clarendon Street, Boston, MA 02116. As a Delivery Driver, you are the "Boots on the ground" and the main face customers see outside the bakery, delivering the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are. Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in-person or by phone Use Insomnia’s delivery app following company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers Qualifications
Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check Must have a smartphone with data plan Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older to be employed Perks
