Overview Retail Store Manager (RSM) work as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are leading by example as brand ambassadors, they create energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast-paced fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships. Their expertise in uncovering our customers’ needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.
What you'll do in your role
Lead by example, demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to head to the top, including helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Oversee all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and implementation of store programs and initiatives
Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and emerging IoT devices
Maintain an outstanding store experience and operations
Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
Digital tools & demonstrations
Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding
Demonstrate how network coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood and communicate the benefits of our LTE offering
Explain how plans and services help customers live unlimited, stay connected and go further
Describe device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting processes
Training & Collaboration Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to improve the customer experience, resolve issues and identify small business leads.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring Leadership, competitive drive and the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to lead the team, share best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions
Effective operational, financial and performance management
Amazing communication skills with both team members and customers
Prior wireless sales experience

Be at least 18 years of age
Wireless sales experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
Reliable transportation
Full-time availability (45 hours)
